How we cultivate

$2500 per month

• One hour of pre-scheduled strategy and advising with Wendy per month.
• $2000 additional hours of legal services per month from any attorney. (Approximately 5 hours.)

Package 02

How we Develop

$4000 per month

• 1 hour of pre-scheduled strategy and advising with Wendy per month.
• Maintenance of company’s Carta account cap table.
• Entity Management for one corporation holding Quarterly Board meetings.
• $3500 additional hours of legal services per month from any attorney. (Approximately 8 hours.)

For all subscription packages

• Credits carry over from month-to-month allowing clients to use less hours one month and bank hours for a busier month or larger upcoming project.
• 6-month minimum commitment.
• Auto-payment by credit card or ACH auto pay at the beginning of each month.
• Additional legal services are billed at a 10% discount while enrolled in a subscription.
• Outside vendor fees, filing fees, state taxes, or other hard costs are billed separately from any subscription.

FLAT FEE SERVICES

Outside general counsel – Compliance Services

• We can become your corporation’s secretary and work as outside General Counsel on all compliance. We will advise you on corporate governance and ensure the business’ affairs are properly managed, making the company a very viable investment.  
• Flat fees based on type of entity (corporation or LLC) and level of assistance required. Please inquire for details.

Trademark & Intellectual Property – Prosecution Services

• We offer flat fee “knockout” and/or comprehensive trademark clearance searches for clients who will also have us file and manage their trademark application(s). The fees are based on the level of search desired and subject to a few caveats which we can discuss.

• Please inquire about our $1,000 Trademark Audit service, ideal for clients who are in business but just starting to consider building a trademark portfolio.
